Description
Here you can create a delivery from a sale invoice. In order to create the delivery, the invoice must be posted. The sale delivery operates the stock.
How to create a delivery from a sale invoice
1. Browse Sales - Sale Invoices
2. Press Open to view the sale invoice from which you wish to create the delivery
3. Browse Actions - Create Delivery
4. You will see the following:
1. Quantity – the quantity from the invoice
2. Stock – the number of the items currently in stock
3. Proposed – the quantity proposed for the delivery
Now you can keep the proposed quantity or change it
- To keep the quantity press OK
- To change the quantity click on the proposed box and enter the quantity desired. (The quantity you enter can’t exceed the value proposed). Click OK to create the sale delivery document.
The Sale Delivery window appears.
Press Save to save the delivery documents.
Press Post to post the delivery document.
