Prerequisites

Make sure you have Apache, PHP 5.x and MySQL servers installed and running on your Linux server.

Install IonCube extension on your server as documented here: IonCube Loader Installation

Eg. modify your php.ini file and add this line:
zend_extension = /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_X.Y.so (X,Y depends on your apache version).

Then restart apache service.

Installation

1. Download RVX Manager Linux package from the Download Page

2. Unzip rvxmanager.zip into your web root directory (eg. /var/www/html/)

3. Open your Internet browser and navigate to http://localhost/rvx/

4. If the services are running, you should see the “RVX Manager - Create Database” page.

Company: enter your company name

MySQL Username: your MySQL database username (eg. root)

MySQL Password: your MySQL database password

MySQL Database: company (you can change)

Press “Create Database” button and wait until the database is created then click “Finish”.

5. You will be redirected into “RVX Manager - Login” page.

Company: select your company name

Username: admin (by default)

Password: admin (by default)

Language: english

6. Press “Login” and Success!
