It would be useful to have an extra search parameter where you chose and/or in the list windows. Maybe just chose a field, type in a value, then have a combo/radio and if you chose and/or you get another combo and textbox to chose a field and value. This can be done via reports however, so Im not entirely sure how useful this would be to other people.

Also, it would be nice if the lists would show more then 100 items, or if there would be a parameter where u can set how many items youd like in your lists.
