Human Resources and Payroll Software

RVX Manager provides a complete human resources (HR) and payroll management software. This includes: HR management information, work time and payroll. The HR module has labor distribution capabilities, which gives the employers opportunity to allocate the cost of salaries by departments, divisions or other structures they may have. The HR module also gives employer the opportunity to run complete employees’ reports including personal information, type of employment, job information, compensation, and history data. Payroll module automates the pay process generating periodic pay checks and employee tax reports.

Employee Information

The company’s employee list gives the possibility to access company’s employees, active or inactive. In order to complete a new hire, the software searches for employee’s personal information, employment’s type, job information, and compensation. Depending on user rights, vital data may be modified by editing individual’s file.

Generate salaries

The payrolls as well as the employee activity will be automatically generated after you select the reporting month. This way, starting from the classification salary entered in the individual file and the key parameters, the contributions to the budget, the personal deductions, the wage tax, the net salary and so on, will be calculated by pressing a single button.

Payroll

The individual payrolls are generated for the active or present employees after you select the correct fiscal period. In order to consult the payroll of an employee form the past, you have to change the fiscal period and to check the individual file.

Vacation Leaves. Medical Leaves

After you enter the personal data of all your employees, you can enter the vacation and medical leaves, when appropriate. These will automatically reflect the amounts form the employees individual payroll.

The 112 Single Statement

This module automatically generates the 112 Form which shows each company’s social contribution tax, income tax, and employee insurance listing in intelligent PDF format. The 112 Form is also published on National Agency for Tax Administration’s website, and is considered the best solution for you to monitor and manage the information you declared. If it is necessary, you can modify the Form directly into the PDF format using RVX Manager.
