Partner List

RVX Manager can manage a high volume of commercial partners (millions) and instant searching of a partner is based on internal code, name, tax code / identity number, industry, location or contact info. The identification data will be used for the documents registerd in RVX Manager.
Partner Categories

In order to easily create discount policies or price lists and en effective reporting management the reports can be filtered directly into the program and the customers can fit in different categories.
Each partner inherits customer and supplier accounts from parent category where the partner is classified. But RVX Manager also allows the use of analytical accounts for each partner.
Contacts

For an improved and more efficient business collaboration with your partners it is extremely important for you to have the contact information about all your partners. It is necessary to introduce the partner’s identification data, as well as bank accounts used to record payments, for example.
RVX Manager manages information about contact persons, delegations, social and delivery addresses for a specific trading partner.
Ticket List

This module offers support for tracking tasks, events and requests assigned within the company. These may be internal or external sources (customers or suppliers associated with the company). You can also make time estimations. The classification of the tickets is made by their importance and the estimated duration of settlement.
