The Stock Management Software provided by RVX Manager allows stock transfers between unlimited numbers of locations within a facility or within the many locations of a supply network. The documents generated by production, sales or acquisitions module generate stock movements. The stock movements generated by company’s trades define the stock transactions. All these stock transactions can be located running history reports. In order to better manage the stock inventory several other reports are defined: stock valuation, inventory stock status, and physical inventory.
Functionalities
- multi-warehouse stock management
- receipt note and sales price computation
- automatic discharge of stock quantities and values (CPM / FIFO / LIFO)
- support for inventory adjustments
- evolution stock reports, item movement report and sale margin report
Transfer Notes

Transfer notes are used for transferring inventory items from a location (warehouse) to another location. The transfer notes decrease the inventory stock from where the items leave (source) and increase (destination) the inventory stock to where the items are shipped.
Receipt Notes

The receipt notes can be generated starting from a purchase invoice, purchase receipt, transfer order or a returned sale invoice (credit memo CM). After you introduce the gross margin rate (%) the receipt notes compute the sell price of your products.
Stock Inventory

You can make an inventory of deposits held by your company, in order to ascertain the factual existence and status of the items, compared with the reality. Stock inventory is an instrument of control in the value and quantity adjustment of the stock.
Cost Processing
RVX Manager supports multiple inventory methods such as First in First out (FIFO), FIFO on locations, Last in First out (LIFO), chronological CMP, CMP period. All processing methods work in real time when the sale deliveries and purchase receipts are created. By adding, editing or deleting a document, the stock and cost price, as well as the intern stock will be updated. The cost processing can be computed for each item or for all items sold in a time frame.
Reports
In order to track the stocks’ changes in a time period, RVX Manager provides the history stock reports that show past quantities and the details for that period.
The transactions on a stock item can be reviewed using the stock item movement report, which provides a chronological list of operations, the details about supplier, time management, etc.
Each history stock report can be filtered and run by time period, location, department, supplier, stock item category or subcategory. The stock reports’ flexibility is the result of the program’s architecture to support a large amount of data over a long period of time.
